Ayme Austin started her love for everything skin, makeup and hair at an early age!
In 1989, Ayme was chosen for a private three-year apprenticeship with Austrian skincare guru Isle in Cherry Creek, CO. Ayme has been in the beauty world ever since graduating from esthetics school. She started as a sales rep with Peels Salon services and learned the business from the inside out. After advanced medical esthetician training, Ayme would guest instruct at local schools (including dermaplaning, microdermabrasion microneedling certifications) and was always up on all the beauty trends.
In 2001, Ruby Fox Skin Care was born in the highlands neighborhood in Denver where she was known as the place “where medical meets magic!” Ruby Glo products were launched in 2009 and has clients all over the country loving their skincare routine and the glowing results!
Ayme is super excited to partner with Steamboat Face and Body to have clients get even better outcomes with the EMFACE and Exion™ machines by BTL Industries. It is truly an innovative time in the beauty biz for results that have not been seen before!
In her spare time, Ayme loves being at the ranch hiking with her hubby and dogs or on the lake kayaking and paddleboarding.

Meet Cassandra (Cass), a dynamic professional with a diverse skill set spanning beauty, wellness and entrepreneurship. With a Cosmetology License obtained in 2003, Cass went on to acquire a Master Instructor License, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and education within the industry. Her journey took her through various educational paths, including counseling with a focus on services to the deaf and rehabilitation, as well as specialized training in makeup artistry for film, television and special effects.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Cass purchased Life Essentials Day Spa in 2018, where she introduced cutting-edge services such as microblading, establishing herself as a pioneer in the Yampa Valley. After successfully nurturing the spa, Cass transitioned into a new chapter by joining McCreight Progressive Dentistry and helping with the creation of Steamboat Face and Body. Here, she continues to blend her expertise in beauty and wellness, catering to the diverse needs of the community while embodying an entrepreneurial spirit.
